About Me
Fitness is Fun!
Holli began her fitness journey in 2009 as a Taco Bell/Ben & Jerry's connoisseur. Her lifelong struggles with allergies and asthma finally prompted her to make a lifestyle change. She signed up for some bodybuilding and endurance training, and quickly discovered a new love for fitness. In 2013, she discovered CrossFit, drank the Koolaid, and was inspired to get her CF Level 1 coaching certification. From there, she added certifications in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Mobility & Rehab, Kids Coaching, and upgraded to CFL2. She also specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum training, and can work around any kind of injury. Holli can modify any workout to any skill level or age group, regardless of previous experience.

What I Can Do For You
As a certified CFL2 trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength (Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding), Mobility/Rehab, Kids Coaching, sports-specific training, and Prenatal and Postpartum programming. I am dedicated to helping you safely and effectively reach your fitness goals and integrate them into your daily lifestyle.

Personal Training / Full Session
Session includes a customized warm-up, focused skill or strength, high-intensity workout, and cool down.
This 1-hour session is fully customized to help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively, so that you have the confidence to take control of your health and wellness.

Personal Training / Half Session
Session includes a specific skill, strength, or high intensity workout to fit your workout needs. (Client may be required to warm-up/cool-down on their own time.)
When you are in a time crunch, or if you don't feel you have the stamina for a full session, the half-hour session is a great way to get that concentrated time with the coach's eye.

Boot Camp Class
Suffering is always easier when you are not alone!
Boot Camp Class is offered twice a week and is a fun way to get together with a bunch of regular people intent on learning safety, confidence, mental toughness and mastery of a blend of gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance training. Never do the same workout twice - the workout changes every time so you are constantly shocking your body, keeping it fresh, and learning something new.
